X seems to have an annoyingly large amount of energy that never seems to run out. She's chatty and wild from the minute she wakes up, and can easily tire out those who prefer their days to be more idle and chill. She can't sit still for more than a minute, her brain seems to run 100 thoughts a second, always coming up with new ways to spend her time. She HATES being bored and idle.
She's extremely good at change, adapting easily to new environments and situations and won't dwell on anything for too long. Reading the mood of others though....not a talent of hers. She is known to be a bit too forward and brash, but she means well. She can be a bit too pushy at times as well. She's a thrill seeker, and thinks being so is the best way for everyone to 'have a good time!' and an advocate of 'Facing your fears!' Definitely not one to hang around if you are faint of heart as you might just end up in a skateboard race down Rio's steepest concrete hill.

To this day, only one squid knows about her involvement with Cuttlefish. She won't talk about it to anyone. Her scar is a constant reminder of her failure, so she pretends to be insanely proud of it instead. It's totally her mark of approval for making it to X Rank in ranked. TOTALLY!!

History

X always thought her goal in life was to be a pro battler. She'd watch league matches on the TV as a child and see herself up there with them one day. To her, a battler was the coolest thing you could be in life, the highest accomplishment. Though until she was old enough, anything on wheels that allowed her to GO FAST was the second coolest. Bikes, rollerblades, scooters, she loved them all. Though above all else, she had a particular fondness for skateboarding, and it seems a strange talent for it too. When she wasn't at school, she could usually be found down at the local skate park, doing all sorts of weird tricks and jumps, often coming home in need of more plasters.

Around the time she was 14, with the help of some friends, she snuck in to an underground party for other skateboarders. Anyone who had ever even simply touched a skateboard was there to meet the attraction of the night : Inkopolis' top boarder who had just been selected to complete in some international skateboarding competition. Between the cheers and celebrations, X's attention was drawn to a bulletin board on a far corner. Stuck up in the cork surface was a piece of paper reading "Agents Wanted".

Her eyes lit up, she barely even read further. If she wasn't allowed to battle yet, this would be her chance to give it a go! Following the instructions, she skipped class the next day and arrived stupidly early at the meeting point, totally ignoring the fact that it was down some creepy alley and through a gross sewer pipe. In fact, this made it far more COOL. A secret location, count her IN.

The guy in charge, some old dude she hadn't seen before, gave her the run down. Maybe he was far too impressed by her enthusiasm to pick up on the fact that she'd never turfed a day in her life. She was handed a gun, some sick armor, told to defeat some octolings, that it was all just a test to see if she 'had what it took' whatever, she was OFF!!!

And....then she wasn't....Obviously, she did not get far at all. She didn't even finish the first trial. Smacked down pretty fast by her first opponent, X received a rather harsh reality check. That she didn't have whatever the old geezer wanted. She wasn't what he was looking for, and she was promptly sent home. So uncool.

X was crushed. Being only 14, she childishly came to the conclusion that she'd never be a good battler, that it wasn't even worth pursuing. She was also grounded for several months, her parents totally unable to get out of her where she received such a nasty wound across her face. Her comfort during this time was crafting and painting, anything to distract her mind whilst at home. She also decided that Skateboarding was now number one, and she'd go on to focus only at getting better at that.

Two years later, when she was 16, she and her family moved to Rio Tokiyaki due to her Father's business. It was tough leaving her friends and skate park behind, but X has always been good at change. She looks forward to what Rio has to offer.
