Nature: Adamant - Unyielding, will not allow their opinions to be changed.

Habitat: Seafloor Cavern and Hoenn seas

History:
Parrot has not always been Parrot. Before that she was Kyogre, and then before that she was no one, a small orb resting peacefully in the deep Hoenn ocean and awaiting it’s turn to become the next legendary of the waters. Despite her young appearance and small stature, Parrot is not to be taken in a childish manor. Her ruling has been a long one, spanning hundreds of years, and she has served her purpose meaningfully and wisely, taking her tasks seriously in the attempts to allow humans be at peace with the sea. She has done the hard years as a fellow Legendary, and though her ruling has been shorter than most, she has been around long enough to experience the world before it rapidly declined to what it is now.

Though let’s not skip ahead so quickly shall we?
Before the rapid decline of the world due to the growth of humans, the land was a lush and prosperous place. The seas were clean and clear, and the Pokemon lived peacefully. Around the time that the first humans began to appear, the next Kyogre awoke from its slumber deep in the Seafloor Cavern in Hoenn. She had no recollection of who or what she had been doing since that point, but she was filled with the knowledge of what she must do now. She took her role very seriously, constantly moving about the seas and expanding it when it lowered, and when the land became too dry, she made it rain. It pleased her greatly that she could make such a difference, and came to love humans for their joy and appreciation of water, and her. It filled her with strength and power. For years, she watched them from afar, expanding their communities and growing as a race. Sometimes she would even dare to venture on land, just to get closer to them, though her trip never lasted long and she would quickly need to return back to water for hydration. Her trips did not go unnoticed, though. Often she was sighted by humans, whether it be when she dared to sneak too close to on land establishments, or when she curiously swam alongside boats. She once heard a fisherman refer to her as a parrotfish, and thus took the name upon herself.

Though the peace was not to last. Humans continued to expand and improve, there was no stopping them. They built cities and towers, ones that could access fresh water without the need for coming even close to the sea, and the waters became a quiet and dull place. It was too dangerous to venture on land now, there were roads and bridges and all sorts of noisy devices. Even the large boats were too dangerous to swim near. Lonely and disappointed, Parrot returned to her birthplace and it was there that she remained for some time. The land became dry and the oceans lowered in her absence despite the weeping she did, but despite all this, Parrot did not blame the humans. She has never stopped believing that there was a way to return the world back to its original state and make them understand their error.
The Kyogre caught news one day of a secret place where legendary’s, like her, gathered. A place where she could live in a slice of the world as it once was, and remain there until she became strong enough to return and bring light into the humans eyes. Without hesitation, she left her underwater world and headed there, full of hope.

Summary Characteristics: Strong willed

Hobbies:
- During Parrot’s depression, she rid herself of two water moves and replaced them with ice ones. She developed a knack of creating figures and objects out of ice, in the attempts to soothe her mind. She will create ice sculptures for fun now. This includes pulling ice figures from her hat to make you smile!
- Being on land for so long is new to the Legendary, there are so many things she wants to do and try. If she doesn’t believe something will waste her time for too long, she is open to doing just about anything.

Extras/Fun facts:
- She is horribly clumsy on land. Her round body and impractical clothing make it fairly difficult to walk around and normally has to result to waddling due to her stubby legs. It is not uncommon to trip over her own hat as well, it is stupidly long after all.
- Fashioned the wooden staff upon returning to land to venture into the hideout. It serves to comfort her, as well as contain emergency sea water in the orb should she suddenly need hydration.
- She is very determined to become stronger and find a way to return the world back to normal. May appear strict and void of fun sometimes and go off on serious rants. She can be headstrong and stubborn at times as well, but this is just because she is passionate about her goals.
- Despite this, she loves younger-looking Legendaries and those who are playful and innocent.
- Drinks a lot of water and occasionally makes it rain just to make herself happy.
- Does not age.
