White Fox Estate

Hopefully this map will come in some use for those looking to board and train at White Fox Estate.

1. Gated entrance

When planning a visit, please send your license plate numbers ahead of time so they can be keyed into the security system. For all visitors who are coming for more of a “spur of the moment” reason, a small intercom is located on the driver side so you can call up to the office.

2. Guest parking

3. Stallion paddocks

Only two stallions may be turned out at the same time, separated by paddocks with 183 cm high fencing.

4. Main stable

Total # of stalls: 20
Left wing: stallions
Right wing: mares and geldings

Stall dimensions: 16x16ft

The main building in the back features tack rooms per wing, the Jessen office, a conference room, and a lounge. Each wing features their own feed rooms as well as three wash stalls.

5. Mare and gelding paddocks

The two larger paddocks feature heated shelters in colder weather.

6. Private parking

Open to staff only.

7. Residential manor

Home to the Jessen twins, this building contains 2 master suites and then 10 bedrooms for staff and visitors, acting more like a b&b instead of a home most of the time.

The basement contains a home gym and small media center during the quiet hours of the day.

Lesson ponies: 8

Students may use the remaining stalls if they are visiting with their own, personal mounts
