I love her outfit! It's very Serpenty yet not so serpentish, I imagined one of my characters wearing this almost. How did you figure out the design?

I was going for that exactly, serpenty but not too serpentish, REALLY! I remember she descibed her costume as different from the typical serpiente dance costumes, not as revealing, still reserved bird-like. I came up with it all on my own form what I've seen of belly dancers, what I've learned in school, and what I like. I made several sketches of several costumes, I even made dance costumes for Danica and Irene, which were briefly mentioned and described even less.
