D: Drew this quite literally last year and never uploaded it. I kept saying I'll do it next week and just never did it I suppose.

Ah well, old request for my friend to draw him as a gym leader. I was to do a whole Pokemon set (I'm pretty sure I drew two more leaders and a Rival at one point...) but I suppose it fizzled out. =A= I think this outfit was based on Dusknoir?

Hm. I might try and do it again someday with OCs. If you wouldn't mind me using yours, or are just one of those people whose OCs I always draw and wanna give me permission before I do it anyway, please say so. oAo
