Mass Effect 3, Omni-tool fire variant © BioWare/EA.I have no idea whether this is in-game, or if it is only part of the multiplayer DLC. If anyone knowns anything about this, please comment.

This Omnitool is used by the Vorcha when they use the flamethrower.

Yep, it's the one that looks like a gauntlet with spikes.
The N7 engineer has a special omnitool too (Looks like a disc), same with the N7 soldier (An "Inverted" omniblade).
