Anyone recognize what this is about?

Fun Fact for people who only know the DM anime: Yami's Mind Crush in the manga actually put Kaiba into a coma. For almost a year. It was so Seto could put his heart back together in proper order after Yami crushed the darkness out of it, but still. That's the real reason why the Big 5 tried to take over Kaiba corp.

It's also why Pegasus had to force Yugi to participate in Duelist Kingdom. Yugi (and Yami) didn't want to duel again until Kaiba woke up, because they were hoping once Kaiba was better, they could have a proper duel against each other instead of how things went the first time and during Death T (and then of course their next duel was that one where Kaiba threatens to jump off a frigging tower, oy).

I figure that Yugi, nice guy that he is, would've at least paid Kaiba a visit a time or two, while he was out. Thus the picture.
