Finally Rex is finished it only took me what four months to get him done. I've still got to make his shirt and repaint his shoes and then he'll be complete.His clothes were custom made from a shop on etsy

Lol it looks like you've got a lot of people in need of hair help. Rex is looking really good! If you do have time please post those pics using the sculpey. I'm currently in the process of gathering materials for my first custom and I'd love to use this technique. Thanks again and your work is great!

Thanks. I used sculpey clay. After peeling off the snakehawk, I put a thin layer of clay and dried it with a blow dryer. Then I moulded the rest of the hair and dried that and painted with acrylic paint. I hope that makes sense, I took pictures at each stage if I have time i'll post them tomorrow.
