This is my first time doing this so I will try my best. I love the figure how its all white inside and outlined with blue. It looks very cool. The colours fit the typical character too. The eyes are also good yet you should work a little more on his eyeliner. Only thing is Grimmjow's character doesn't really fit this drawing. Here he seems to be all cool and chill while usually his threatening.You should make him look more angry and i dont know evil. Overall it's a good drawing. This is only my opinion.

Thank you soo much for the critique! I do agree with you now that a get a good look at it grimmjows expression doesn't really match his personality(I'll fix that) but I'm glad to meet another Grimmjow fan! Thank you for your advice it is grately appreciated
