I did this Oil Painiting as my final in art this last year....and, well, it was my first ever attempt at oil painting. Umm...lots of people said they liked it, but as always with my projects, I can't stand looking at them when I'm done with them. I posted this 'cause I promised some people that I would.

Anyway, I wanted to do something that would look like it came out of Nausicaa....so I chose a windmill. Then, I decided to put cute little Hinata in there to direct your attention to her, because the bottom would be a bare grassy area otherwise. I know the painting is kind of 'Blah'...

The digital camera might've detracted from it a bit..there are some white spots on it that the camera put there, but I guess they look like reflections in the water. There aren't any really vibrant areas and this painting isn't much to look at, but I hope someone likes it. ^_^
