Description
This might be long.... Mass Effect is my favorite game series and Shepard is my favorite fictional character. I knew it was coming to an end with 3 and I had to do my best to do a great piece of art to remember I was around and did something when Mass Effect 3 was released. It took two months to paint, I spent most of the time trying to get the skin texture brush as perfect as I could.This game was so damn inspiring to me and my dreams of writing rich worlds and storylines for everything in entertainment. It helped push me to try and get my animated series made.
I've left the Original without a watermark in case you all want to download it to print as a poster

hmmm, challenge accepted! hahaha.... One thing though, you have any idea where I can get an image of femsheps default face from ME3? I see so many different images of her that I don't know which is the default. Also the femshep we chose from the paintings doesn't even look like the one in the trailer, I was a bit confused. All I need is just a look at her facial structure and I'll take it from there

The shading is absolutely perfect. I always find it hard to make my highlights and my darks contrast enough, but you executed it perfectly. I love the tiny glow of light in his eyes. Badass job.

Thanks a lot, I usually look at lots of different skin colours and faces close up and then try to imitate which I think would fit the mood I want the painting to be, dunno if that helps lol. I went for the glow thinking the world may have lost hope but he could be looking at the Reapers with the determination to win

lmaoo.... Thanks a lot. Mass Effect 3 ends with the Reapers taking one look at pissed Shepard and retreating out of fear, lol
