Okay I don't really look like Wilbur Robinson it is just my fan art for the godly movie Meet the Robinsons. (the time cop part is true) That OCD number I am not making fun of OCD people I just always do things in multiples of five.I based the border off of the character sheets in the back of the BLEACH books. If anyone has been wondering where I got my deviantname from the answer is here!
