Here are my ideas for new eeveelutions...
Scorpeon: (Bug type) A scorpion looking eeveelotion with a very clever name that has two extra pairs of paws and a stinging tail, some moves would be poisonous
I thought Scorpeon is a clever name for being an exact homophone to Scorpion.
Bansheon: (Ghost type) A very creepy eeveelution with that ghostly appearance, may include psychic and dark moves, including a, um, SONIC attack! (no pun intended. )
Bansheon takes from the name of Banshee, the screeching ghost.
Wyrmeon: (Dragon type) Nice dragon addition to the look of Eevee, could be extremely cute, even with the sharper claws, like my cat, would include some fire-type moves
For those of the Pokemon or Sonic fans that also play Dungeons and Dragons, you might recognize that wyrm is a very common synonym for dragon, and the babies are referred to as wyrmlings.
Venomeon: (Poison type) Deadly poisonous eeveelution that you probably would think twice before keeping as a pet because of his contagious bites and scratches
Of course, venom is another word for poison.
Grypheon: (Flying type) As the name suggests, this eeveelution would be given feathers and a pointier snout to resemble a gryphon a little bit
I figured if you would either add feathers to eevee's front legs or add a couple of wings on eevee's backs, and gave eevee a beak to resemble a bird, the eeveelution would look like the legendary creature, the gryphon.
Boldereon and Foxeon: (Rock and Ground respectively) Probably similar in design, just the only difference is that Bolderoen is probably more stat or defense oriented than the more move pool and offense oriented Foxeon which may learn some fire, grass, and/or dark moves.
I lost some creativity in naming the eeveelutions after Grypheon.
Ireon: (Steel type) Similar to Burroweon except instead of a fire, grass, or a dark move, there is an electric move he might learn. I think this eeveelution might be able to upgrade his scratch move so it could be deadly sharp.
Couldn't find the right name for the eeveelution of this type.
Toreon: (Fighting type) This would probably look very similar to Eevee, but would look tougher, meaner, and probably smarter. He might learn a few more Normal moves in addition to of course some fighting moves. Perhaps there could be some defensive moves related to psychic or ghost types.
Toreon takes from the name of the Japanese word for Tiger, Tora. Tigers had been known to be referenced in China as symbolic synonyms for "protectors," and as inspirations for common Kung Fu techniques.

Have you noticed the three original eeveelutions, being Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon, resembled the three types of shield powerups in Sonic 3 and Knuckles?
Vaporeon=bubble shield
Jolteon=lightning shield
Flareon=flame shield
I did as a kid back in the 90's.

YOU TAKE THE EEVEE MISTER and besides if you evolve it in to a jolteon it can probly catch up to you when you run
