Clint has taken the Moonstone for himself
His hair has turned blue and he dawns a black rock one-piece (you're not the only one who can look good in a one-piece Natasha... 
) And I DID give him colour to his skin, he is just EXTREMELY pale because of the Moonstone. And there's Natasha, pleading like Rapunzel did.... (her hair was tough to design, but I actually like how it turned out).
