This is not Inktober art, but I just finished it and had to post it. And this is gonna be long cause I'm really passionate about this one. Reminds me of the rationales we had to write in art college

Spyro the Dragon was one of my first major video game characters that I was first introduced to, on my PlayStation: Spyro 3 Year of the Dragon (remember the original grey PlayStation haha!!!!!)

Anyway, when the new trilogy came out, I played The Eternal Night on my Gameboy Advance first (which was VERY confusing), then I played A New Beginning on my PlayStation 2. Things became less confusing so by the time I got Dawn of the Dragon, I was pumped and ready to play on the Wii. One reason I still have the third installment is because it's a great game with awesome voice actors, but the fact that I can fly WHENEVER I WANT!!!!!!!!! (It's the small things :3)

And from DOTD, Cynder became one of my favorite characters, her developing story from monstrous villain to redeemed hero. So this art piece is my version of her in DOTD. I got a lot of inspiration from many sources. Her duel cape inspired by Elsa's Frozen 2 outfit, but they look like her wings, hence one side is black and the other is magenta. In the third game, the designers changed her scales from black to dark purple, they don't even know why but I'm not a big fan of it so I made her outer garments black/grey like in the first two games. I also incorporated her powers in her outfit as well....

Poison being her main power on her hands. Fear as a cloth belt wrapped around her hips. Shadow as a buckle holding the fear belt. And finally wind, which the designers said was her original power if she hadn't been kidnapped and corrupted. Her hair is blended as her horns and her original power, because hair is always a part of you verses clothes (cause you can always get different clothes )

And as a bonus, if you can see it slightly, her arms and cheeks have Malefor's marks on her, and if her back was to you, you'd see another mark on her back.

It may not be the most popular design, but I think its the most artistic one!
