IIRC this pony, known as Derpy Hooves, was known as Ditzy Doo during the development phase before the real Ditzy Doo, a foal, was created and fan-created name was given to this pony, who was an accident on the part of the animators; she wasn't even supposed to exist canonically, but they figured why not.
