Thank you I work rather quickly so that the paint doesn't dry up before it blends... And I work with a lot of layers

I'll have to try that. I'm not good at painting fast, but maybe with some more practice.

yes, It's all about practicing, getting used to the medium and such.. and you can also add a little bit of liquid to the acrylics too blend it, but the downside is that it makes the paint/layers thin and more transparent

I agree. I've tried diluting the paint but the transparency is usually very undesirable for me. I might try finding something that I can mix in to maybe slow down how fast the paint dries...or just paint faster, lol!
