Clothing: Percy is fine not dressing up if he's at home, but the second he has to go outside he'll almost always bundle up in a tabard or cloak of sorts to try and conceal his appearance. This can make him look very unapproachable, but that's the point.
Key Items: A false rune stone pendant, given to him by Wes as a graduation present.

Quirks: Passionate, studious, social anxiety, loner, bit of a know-it-all, introvert, book smart, quiet, easilly irritated, strict, terrible stage fright, can be rude if it means getting out of a conversation, a little selfish.

*Whie Percy completed his degree in basic fire magic at Ms.Netty's school and can tell you anything about the abilities involved, he doesn't show much (if any) promise for ever excelling in it, much to his dismay. The only fire magic he's ever been able to successfully use is increasing his body temperature, and conjuring fire once with the help of Zagor- though he hasn't been able to do it since.

Views on Breeding and Relationships:
Percy doesn't hate wynglings (he just wishes they'd quiet down and keep their paws/claws to themselves), however the idea of one day becoming eggbound terrifies him to the extent that he'd sooner isolate himself from others and therefore potential mates to completely erase the risk of even the idea being brought up. Even though he does, inwardly, desire a partner.
He'll excuse the idea of looking for someone by saying that it would just hinder his studies and tie him down, which isn't entirely a lie as far as he's concerned.

ROLEPLAYING

Accepting Roleplays: Yes! Though Percy is unlikely to want to spend time with wynglings.
Preferred roleplay source: Either Discord or DA notes seems to work best for me.
Writing skill level: I have fairly good grammar and spelling, with lots of experience both running and participating in roleplaying groups in the past. The only real problems I tend to have are the ones revolving around my dyslexia, and the occasional run-on sentence.
Preferences: Please don't godmod, it's very irritating and will deter me from wanting to rp with you in the future. Otherwise I'm open to almost anything, though due to my lack of confidence in my story-telling skills, I may prefer to talk ooc about situations instead of outright rping them. I am perfectly fine with roleplaying as well, but as I'm very busy and can easily forget about responding to things, you may need to bug me about that.

FUN FACTS

-Percy loves Runeboos and Lumibugs, but doesn't have much interest in any other creatures.
-After the major flop that his first magic class was, Percy carries a small grudge against anyone whom magic comes easily to- especially Imps.
-He despises his appearance in general, but ESPECIALLY his feathers, finding them itchy and often getting in the way. The only part about his appearance that he's actually taken some pride in is his recently grown in noble neck fluff.
-Percy loves the outdoors, however due to his social anxiety he typically locks himself indoors to avoid any and all wandering eyes and conversations.
-He frequently wyngro watches (people watches) from either his window in his room or at the library, though it's often absent-mindedly.
-He enjoys dabbling in writing in his free time, though he never shares his work with anyone and would absolutely die if anyone else ever read any of it.
-Percy loves star gazing.
-He has an especially low sense of self worth after receiving an anonymous heart kindle letter that no one ever owned up to, leaving him to assume it was either a mistake or a joke.
-Percy is blissfully unaware of the fact that him and Wes have been slowly drifting apart due to his studies.
