I don't think it'll work as a set, he'd probably have to submit it as an arcana item which I'd say is probably the hardest one to pass, along with announcer packs. Still, that doesn't mean it's impossible, volvo have allowed pretty cool stuff so it might get in, if it has a little more blue that is (they want the heroes to maintain a connection to their initial style)

Fangirl mode : You made her so GORGEOUS <3 I just love how pretty and shiny she is, while still looking fierce like the Skywrath she is !! This is now my headcanon for her previous form. (Also, lots of love for Dragonus in the background >o<)
Regular mode : It's an amazing piece of work, I love the pastel tones and the light reflections. It also looks very painterly while still being dynamic, you could swear these guys are flapping their wings when we're not looking ^_-
