Haha, Thanks dude! Michael Green (@mcky_) released it on his twitter page. The safari and music icons are from wip themes. The UISettings icons are from a theme called Jooo mod (got em from my buddy on M*), and the font I'm not sure if I can share. I'll find out.

The background is a Cydia tweak called BlurriedNCBackground. I'm not sure which wallpaper you are referring to. The font is called Neo Tech.

The UI Settings themes is Tenebrae by Andrea Fedi, font is Neo-Tech, Messages is from June 2, Reeder was made by a good friend & Clock is from Difetto by Jackson Duke.
