This isn't at all a bad piece... but it doesn't stand out either. The colors are nice, and the filter is cool, and I like the subject matter (because you can't go wrong with Tracer). But, to be honest, it's not a very dynamic pose or composition. There's a lot of negative space around a very centered Tracer, making the composition a little boring. Besides that, even though Tracer's in a dynamic pose, the silhouette doesn't read very well, and something's off with her hip. I think you could have pushed the pose and composition harder for a stronger piece.
