Story:
Before Cara was born some of the Hydra agents took some of Quicksilver's DNA and put his DNA into Cara's mother's womb to make an artificial mutant, and it sadly worked. The reason why Hydra wanted to make an artificial mutant was because they wanted to make the strongest weapon to man kind, but failed when they realized she could only run fast and can't make anything faster. They wanted her to be faster, so they injected more of Quicksilver's DNA into her. The DNA only worked on her insides(like circulatory system, digestive system, etc.)and ran out of DNA. So they wanted to train her physically. After five years of being tested on by Hydra, Cara manged to escape the facility, when they finely found out she escaped they took motorcycles to find her. After minutes of searching they found her, while chasing Cara they managed to trap her, while the men got off of the bikes they were getting taken out one by one by Addison. When done knocking out the Hydra members she made sure that Cara was safe.

Addison walked up to Cara, Cara was shaking for her life, a little girl being tortured for most of her life. Addison knelt down to Cara's level to talk to her, to comfort her in this pain she was going threw. "Hey, are you alright?" Addison asked Cara in a soft voice. Cara nodded back not talking to Addison, scared something will happen to her worse then death. "That's good," Addison looked down at Cara's feet looking all the way up to her face, examining her clothes and if she was severely hurt, only ripped up at the bottom of her grey dress and some scratch marks. "How old are you?" Cara looked straight into her eye's trying to be brave, Cara put up five fingers up, still not answering Addison. "Can you talk?" Addison asked once again, wanting to know more. Cara looked down to her feet, wanting to know what to say. Cara answered whispering a slight 'yes', "That's good, you must be scared. Oh, I just remembered something." Addison reaches behind her back to pull out a chestnut coloured stuffed bear "I always have a teddy bear to make me fell better when i'm on a trip. Do you want to hold him for me?" Cara for once in her life looked happy to get something she likes "Yes please." She replied happily to get a toy. Addison gave her the chestnut coloured teddy bear "Here you go, do you wan't to go somewhere safe?" Addison asked, she knew Cara wanted to go somewhere else than be here in a forest, but she couldn't just take her against her will. Cara nods while raising her hands and the bear in her hands "Uppy, I want uppy please and thank you." Cara declared to be picked up. Addison get's up, putting her hands at her side, lifting up the petite girl to be put in her arms. "Alright" Addison said with a huff, "let's go to the safe place. By the way... what's your name?" Addison asked wanting to know what her name. "I don't know the-the mean people called me PS2001... I didn't like them." Cara told her while looking down at the ground. "I got an idea, why don't I call you Cara? Do you like it?" Addison said to Cara for a name idea. Cara hugs Addison even tighter, burying her head into to Addison chest "I like it."

When Addison saved Cara from Hydra, Addison would adopt her as a child, training and raising her as a agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
After Spider-Man: Homecoming when Peter did an oof and almost died. Tony decided to hire Cara to make sure he won't do something stupid again while he's at school and being a hero.
Facts:
-Cara only has super speed in her legs and inside stuff(she can only run fast and fast system stuff nothing else)
-When Cara ages her speed will get faster, but when she hit's the 60's or 70's(basically an elder) she will get slower
-Cara get's paid 100$ each month for watching Peter
