Mabel finds Winkle a bit... Odd. Not in a bad sense, but she can be thrown off by her upbeat attitude and unignorable truth. She tries her best to stay friendly with her though! And she does love her cupcakes.

Ocean Jasper, the ever so unmindful, would probably not catch on to Winkle's overly sweet personality or what she does to those she doesn't like/likes too much, and just thinks she's great to hang out with. Offers to help her bake on occasion, though Periwinkle likely knows better than to let the Jasper help in the kitchen to a great extent.
