A practise painting I did some time ago. Not too happy with this one!Related content

the title and the image both tell a story.. like those people are a group of adventureres who have only recently discovered this old place. they at first assume it to be a pile of crashed star ships, and they think that the pillars are so short because they are broken. They then might discover that this was in fact a thriving city's water treatment facility due to faded writing on a wall saying "Water filter 021-N", and that this thing they are walking on top of was actually a spillway, not a capsized ship...but nonetheless; it is still abandoned and rusting, and the creaking of the large metal structure above is making them feel strangely insecure, as though it were to fall apon them any moment, finally giving way after hundreds of years. they move quickly so as to ensure none of them fall down the steep slope and onto the rocky surface below; which appears to be covered in toxic puddles.
But that's just my interpretation. Your the artist.
