A huge enormous thank you to ~mystify-stock for the use of her photo ms92-tranquility3 which proved really helpful in trying to learn where to place colors and lines. I'm pretty happy with the background part, but the foreground could use some work. Also, I still need to figure out how to combine characters and backgrounds...This will go into scraps soon, probably.
