Beautiful artwork with great technique but a few things might be improved upon to make it truly great.
The wings are masterful with exquisite detail- light and color in the right places. Also love the background with its soft and feathery feel giving a sense of drama as well as sets up the the soft and hard edges of the piece quite nicely.
Detail on the rest are also interesting however her pose seems somewhat awkward in the sense that her weight seems to be on her feet, which should not be the case for a creature in flight. It just seems like she is standing on ground rather than flying in air.
Also, I am left wondering what the story of the picture is saying mostly because her expression seems blank. The arms and armor would suggest that she is ready for a battle but somehow her expression does not help to sell that.
I like how you rendered the metal especially on her left hand armor and the left hand sword, which could have been made just a little bit more consistent on the whole piece.
All in all, good work!

The character resembles a Valkyrie (maybe because of the helmet with wings?) but I like the design and the character's pose, so powerful and mysterious. Things to improve? Hmmm, I don't see much to improve because this artwork itself is great, but I think it would add a dangerous yet mysterious aura/effect to the character if you make the two swords look very sharp, deadly and dangerous (maybe add or have this gleaming and glowing light effect) since the character portrays a strong and brave Angel, or warrior perhaps.

Angels are usually nine feet high, with bright hair, and intimidating eyes. Usually they wear white robes as well, seeing as how they don't even need armor.
