This is really amazing. I love the shades of red and pink and white. The lighting is quite incredible. And the sketchy look of the entire piece really helps convey that lost, scattered emotion which the character appears to be feeling.
I'm fond of the anatomy style. I do love the feet but I think they're too long. The angle of them looks fantastic, though. Her arms- especially her right arm- are too long, and both are very thin. It doesn't really take away from the image since it looks stylized anyway, but those points stand out the most to me.
I also think making the knife a tiny bit more obvious might be a good idea- I only just noticed it then. This could be a good thing, but it is a key element to figuring out the scene, so it wouldn't hurt to pop it out a bit.
