This is very beautiful and extremely dynamic! I think the vertical lines of the back ground help with the movement and strength of the form but is is so well done I think even a different back ground the form would be dynamic and alive. Just a wonderful art work. It's very enjoyable to see and is inspiring to great art work.

Agreed with withering.. you absolutely nailed the upper body. I do have a bit of an issue with the lower leg in the foreground, it looks too long but that might be a perspective issue working from the ref.
