This project is awesome because of the colours, most of the problems i ve found is about the drawing and the composing, which are actually related.
Firstly, his legs are way too long and they make the whole project imbalanced about the composing.
His pose is really good but i think deleting a bit of magic storm to his left hand would enlight the power given to the drawing by his pose. I would have made the same as the right hand. There is more magic at the left than the right and it breaks the dynamic of his pose.
This also looks imbalanced as the lower part looks blurred and has less color than the upper part. Maybe it would not be noticed if the legs were shorter.
I was about to say that the head was too small but actually it s the legs again which are too long. But i can say i don't like the grey on his forehead, i would more appreciate blue reflections of his spell. Actually i think you tried to make blue reflections but it looks grey.
The background is really not good. It should be of an other color, like dark red or brown i think, to contrast and enlight your character which is ligth and colorful. Anyway yellow does nt fit as your character is yellow, you should find another color.
That s all i have to say which is negative. The armor and his colors are why this project is captivating and it shows a great talent and technique. The drawing is also really dynamic and the design is really cool !
