I need to get in touch with Bitgem/Matthias as we'd like to film their 3d assets for a BBC show, filming in a couple of days, about VR gaming. Do you have a contact number as theres no response yet from their generic email! Any help???

hi! i get in touch with Matthias and ask him about the matter. appologies, but he's usually very busy with all the requests and support + work, so he might be late with the answers to the emails

Crazy good detail Those piles of coins are amazing! Wouldn't even know how to start making a mesh for that without knowing how it'll look.

thank you! glad you like it! actually the coin piles were made by creating one coin textured, creating a pile of them, using those to bake a texture from and modelling a new one whole mesh with a new uv. and then correcting a little additional painting the modelling was kind of more complicated this way but it made texturing really swift

thank you! well, these are some simple models, nothing fancy really! but i really enjoyed working on them, the diversity in materials and colors made these little assets really fun to work on!

I see. I always thought they'd be cool to work for so it's interesting to see how you started out.
