Oh wow. I love it. The coloring, pose, and the look of mischief in his eyes. :]

It's a shame though that the beauty of his head is distracted by the circles.

I agree with the comment on the horse's expression.. I don't sketch so I can't say this with certainty, but I'd assume giving expressions to animals would not be the easiest thing. I also really like the colour scheme used for this particular piece.

This reminds me of the... uhmm.... Spirit? type of drawing. I like it.
That's alot better than I could ever do on a horse. For some reason when I draw horses, they're heads are always too big.
I love how you drew the mane, it gave it a very modern look, and the expression, gives it a human touch.
