Another character from Atlas world. They'll be introduced at some point...This is Fluttershy's son. Also this is how he would look in show style, just with thicker lines.

So, is he supposed to be part Windigo? Because I can see some Windigo-esque elements in his design, particularly the swirls, his less cartoonish proportions, blue coat, glowing blue eyes, and overall ethereal appearance. I like his design, by the way.
