How do you make brushes for photoshop?

you go to edit>define brush preset and you make a new brush that is the current picture on the canvas

I think it would look very cool, plus you will know that you are the only one with it because you did it your self, and it is exactly the way you want it for the same reason.
Plus i think you are less likely to regret your own design because you have spent longer looking at it before you get it done, and even if you get better later on it shows your development.

At the moment i have 4. 2 on my back, they are fairly big and 2 small ones one on each ankle.

how come? there is no harm in making them, you could say well if i still want it when i am 18 then i know i defo want to get it done and it gives you time to think about the design before you get it done.

Well i think it would be a good idea to try and talk your mum round before getting it done, explain how you are going to be sensible about the idea. and ask her what would make her feel better about you getting it done, and promise to wait till you are 18.
