Description
After drawing her (at least 'my' version) I think its time to maybe add a little more and really pull it together. Some people as about the practicality of her dress detail, and I just want to say that the way its wrapped should allow zero hindering of movement and it not like she's nude under there.Related content

This has a lot of classic Greek elements to it with a modern touch. Very original! Nicely done.

The funny thing is, is that I didn't really change too much up. Its essentially her current look but adding that toga-ish dress really re-works her.
Thanks, man!

Maybe it's the pose, but something about this one just screams "Wonder Girl" more than "Wonder Woman" to me.

Is it her body....style? I've wrestled with that notion for a while, of what she should look physically. I know that I would want a fairly athletic looking WW, I just don't know about HOW athletic, like just above fitness model but not as much as bodybuilder, if that makes sense.
Plus that right leg makes her a bit more timid than what I would have wanted.

I think part of it is the face. Her jawline's a bit softer and rounder, which you'd have with a younger character. And her right leg is definitely hurting the strength, I think. But mostly I think it's in the face. (I covered her leg with my hand, and the pose looked stronger, as contrapposto poses usually do, but she still looked young.) Might be the hair, might be the face.
Heck, it might be the shape of her torso. Her hips don't flare out very much, which also contributes to the juvenile look.
Anyway, I still really like the design, regardless of the age issue. Hope this helps!

She's a complicated person, I can attest to that! Yeah, I'm still sorting her out in my mind. When people talk about who should play her in a live-action film, it makes things more difficult to design because its such a heated debate.
My current look to her is based off of Lena Headey. I think with a little bit more athletic cut to her she'd be a great WW.

I still like Cobie Smulders as WW... because if she's good enough for Joss Whedon, she's good enough for me.

I like this. Do you do sci fi too or only superheroes?

I mostly do superheroes, but have done some Avatar/Korra stuff, Tron, Mass Effect (sorta), and if you go early enough, Harry Potter

Awesome. Do you ever do work under the creative commons license?

Nope. Afraid I don't. You're kinda the first person to ask.

We use the creative commons to share our work. We all build on each other. It's not for everyone but it has a lot of power if it is your style.
