great work .. nice colors .. but small comment about the font of word (Cosmetics) try to make it smaller and make space between letters like (C o s m e t i c s )and be aligned with MASH ... any way i like your work

Very nice logo... Not sure about the serif "cosmetics" font though. You have that Web 2.0 look going nice but the serif clashes a bit.
