Made in SAI, and a lot of textures used, two of them from the wonderful `cloaks ;

Anyhow, this one took almost forever, mainly because of all the shchoolwork, so I could only do a small part per day, but still it was lots of fun to do, I loved drawing the uniforms!
I guess I should try drawing something more uniform-like myself. ^.^
