Description
Since there is a lot of commotion to the release of Windows 7 a few days ago I have been hearing a lot of discussion on which OS is superior. I operate both on my iMac and MacBook Pro and I like them both. Each has there own features that I wish the other has. And because of Bootcamp and Parallels I can run them both with no problem. So I had an idea to show my neutrality between the OS's. I simply combined the two default wallpapers in the new OS's and nudged the logos to the side.
Snow Leopard Wallpaper (Apple)
Windows 7 Wallpaper (Microsoft)

Sure, just click on the thumbnail for the 1920x1200 size. If you need any smaller your computer will auto size it for you. Or click on the download file button on the right and tweak it however you want with the psd file.

Thanks. And judging from your comment your thinking of a new computer? If you are keep reading.
Macs isn't too expensive. Let's say you get a standard 15" dell computer for $600. At first it's cheaper because the lowest mac is $999. However, due to the quality and build of both machines the dell computer will run down and come apart quicker while the Mac remains compact. Usually a Dell would last 3-4 years, while a mac can last for 9-10 years. After three years, when you replace the computer, you would have spent $1200 dollars while the mac is still below half of it's expectant life span. The point is that in the long run you can actually save money.
Your other choices is a Windows computer that is $300 dollars, they're called netbooks.

Whereas I built a custom gaming PC with my own hands, which is more powerful than a high-end iMac, for $600, then bought a widescreen 24" monitor for $200... which I am certain will last me longer than a Mac.
And, bro, PCs last just as long as Macs, do you ever see anyone using a 10 year old mac? (hint: you don't).

Don't want to get in a classic PC versus Mac fight. So I'll just simply answer your question. Why yes, I have seen people using old Mac's. Even my dad has Macintosh 1 upstairs, thing still says hello to me.
And what I was referring to is that most PC manufacturers today don't build machines that well. It's like they do it on purpose. I agree with you, PC machines back then are able to last a loooooooong time. Today, not so much.

What I'm trying to say is that once a Mac is ten years old, it's utterly obsolete - and the closed nature of Apple's manufacturing and support processes means that you can't upgrade it to make it last a little longer.

Ah yes, I absolutely agree about the upgrade problem. The best I can do is upgrade my RAM. I maxed my Macbook Pro to 4 GB and my iMac to 8 GB. Can't do squat with the CPU or video card. I guess that's the price you pay to have that seamless design.
I don't agree about the support. In my experience I got my sister's iTouch replaced completely for free when it was experiencing problems. I saw a guy got his battery replaced on his 5 year macbook for free (Except you can't do that anymore with the new models, I hate that ) And I know a guy who was experiencing a problem with his Macbook Pro. He explained how it was his work and needs it fixed soon. What surprised me is that they completely replaced his Macbook Pro with a newer model with higher specs. Luckiest guy ever.
Truthfully I'm neutral about the PC vs Mac thing. I use both sides all the time everyday. Like Photoshop on the Mac side and Visual Studio 2008 on the Windows side. That's why I made the Leopard 7 wallpaper. Both OS are great, it just depends on the user to bring out their fullest potential.

Sure, you can have the entire PSD file. Just don't use it for any commercial purposes because you and I don't have the right on their logos or wallpaper. And if you use this as a resource in your deviation please acknowledge that you got it from me. Thanks.
