Description Over the next hour or so I'll upload and document the work I have been spawning the past month or so Hoorah I hear you say.. maybe!

This is the last Saloon development render or devrender for short that I will be uploading for now. I hope to work on it soon but I'm not making any promises of more uploads for about a week or two I have started to add details to the wooden wall texture now, such as attempting to make the top look quite silvered as wood does after many many sun drying days along with adding some detail along the bottom to make it look like the paint has peeled off and the panels beneath have been revealed. This is still very much in development, I may be re-doing the UV's themselves so I could be changing the textures greatly but I've learnt a lot about texturing etc. so far so even if I do end up starting over with some things I'll be able to work much more efficiently! Texture work has not begun on other areas as of yet, since I've had a list of things to adjust from my tutor Kaye Elling, telling me to add ground detail and lumpiness along with taking unecessary poly's out of my scene that gamers wouldn't see!

I hope you've enjoyed my barrage of my 'End of the Line' Saloon devrenders today and if you haven't seen the rest of them, go check 'em out in my gallery, it's well worth it

More to come in the next month or so!

The module is run by our awesome games tutor Kaye Elling. For it we have to create either a Saloon, a Forest Glade or an Opulent 1920's drawing room and since I love creating exteriors and props I chose the Saloon. The catch is it has to be under 15000 tri's or 7500 quads, whichever you work in and I'm finding it quite a challenge since I have not been limited in such ways before. I'm currently studying Advanced Computer Animation and Special Effects, yet I'm focused more on the 3D modelling aspect of things. Hope you enjoy the next few renders I upload of my work!
