Great job! I always thought that she might've been Angel's mom.

Thanks!
I tried to really start getting some "brush strokes" in there to make it more like natural media.

I like the older version of Peg better. The eyes on this one are a little off. The older version had the depressed/tired look that suit Peg better.

I think she looks more flirty in this one and maybe more depressed and tired in the old one.

I deleted the old lines I'd done and completely painted over my old piece. It was easier to at least use the old base of the drawing to rework it all.

Very nice! I just love the texture and feel now that you made it look more like a painting. I have to admit that any piece that shows the brush strokes and looks painted really appeals to me lately! I mostly just use acrylics right now because I am just so obsessed with that painted look!

The painted look is a lot more appealing to me too. Each artist has their own kind of "brush stroke" so it can really show a lot more personality in the piece.
Corel painter is great with creating realistic brush strokes, though I rarely use it because of the horrible glitches it seems to always cause. It's sad because I love the look it can create, almost like real paint.

Oh, that really sucks that Corel glitches on you, it would be nice to see this style on more of your pieces. I use GIMP but rarely for the same reason, I hate it when it glitches. Oh software, fun, fun!

I really don't like Gimp, it really is frustrating sometimes. Something about it seems so unnatural and odd. Maybe I just was used to Photoshop, but yeah, Gimp gave me a lot of trouble too.

I actually find Photoshop Elements unnatural and odd compared to Gimp because I am so used to it. I almost regret learning Gimp because Photoshop Elements almost never glitches and had I learned it first, I would not feel so odd using it.

"He's a Tramp" is what she sang.
I always liked this scene.

Revisiting and updating art is always fun. I've found quite a bit of my old art I might want to try to update.
