SakuraJap; (1) Cherry Blossom, Cherry Tree
This is a picture i took in the spring of the japanese cherry tree that was standing gracefully in our garden. I tried to capture its beauty as well as i could.
Oh and this is in no way a Naruto tribute title. Naruto fucking blows and all you 13 year old fangirls who are fav'ing this because of the similarity in the title, can stop right now. Thanks!

It really strikes me how this photo kind of speaks to something important about Japanese philosophy, and perhaps something more universal, too. Just a tiny flower on a branch, kissed by raindrops, all the other flowers growing progressively blurry and indistinct as they recede from that point of focus. It creates a sense of fragility and preciousness, in that tiny flower; a feeling of every little thing being important, even in this huge, insane world we live in. A feeling that if one hopes to understand the big picture, they have to be able to start with one tiny flower. Sorry, I'll stop rambling; it is a very striking photo, and one I'm happy to add to my favorites gallery.

I was a little bothered because I wasnt sure what was wrong with the top petal till i saw a person mentioned it was sticking to the branch. Mystery solved!

I only faved this simply because of the beauty of the actual image. I've always loved cherry blossoms for some reason, so this is such a lovely picture to see.

just absolutely gorgeous! I got the chance to go to Seattle, Washington during spring and I got to see cherry blossoms for the first time, I teared up a bit because it's been a dream of mine. Thanks for the reminder <3
