I know, I can' t even believe it myself... DID I REALLY SPEND ALL THIS TIME NOT READING sushi4427 's Love is Blind series !???? Yes, yes I did.ΒOH MAN.
I love Cassidy and MJ. Their relationship is #couplegoals . So here's a drawing of them.Β Not the most perfect, especially MJ (sorry MJ!) but they're cute so who cares!?

Aw duuuude T.T They're so cute, I can't stand it. I think they both turned out really well! This is kinda a weird thing to get stuck on, but I like how clear the difference in their hair color is. Cassidy's is light brown, which some people take to mean like dirty blonde, but it is brown, especially next to Mary who is-

Actually, I first had Cass' hair as a dark brown, cause I only picked up on the fact that he was a brunet, but then I got unsure, so I went to check some other artworks of him. Then I realised that he had LIGHT brown hair, so I just tried to mix a few lighter brown into it, and voila, that's how he turned out. I also fiddled around with the lighting on the photo, so in the actual piece, his hair is slightly darker.
For MJ, I just found the perfect colour for her, so her hair's just simply a contrast of putting weight on the pencil.Β

Yeahhh. Here's a little fun fact: Cassidy was originally also going to have blonde hair and blue eyes, but I already had a few characters with that coloring (MJ and og Gabriel being among them), so I knew I should try something different. And I've always adored the combination of light brown hair and grey eyes, hence why I went with it
Really though I love this, I keep coming back to look at it. I appreciate the compliment, but next to your adorable art mine is soΒ Β
