Mahou Stats:

Wish: "I wish my body was male"

Weapon: Shuriken. Rae can use his Ice Fang to give his shuriken the same properties as the move, but it still consumes his pp as well as his shuriken. It's only useful when he wants to escape or keep distance. He can also give them an electrical charge for additional damage and paralysis effects. Sometimes he keeps a larger Fūma Shuriken at his back, but it slows him down so he only keeps it on him if he knows he won't be running.

Powers: Illusions. Rae is able to put several people under the same illusion; he cannot perform different illusions for each person simultaneously. They are broken as soon as Rae is harmed and the illusions cannot inflict pain. This relates to his wish for his body to be male, as it means that he can put people under the illusion that he is dmab.

Personality: He's fairly responsible and quick to take the blame for others. He likes to observe how other people act which has led to him being able to spot changes in mood quickly. Unfortunately, he's incredibly shy when confronting others and avoids asking people about their changes in demeanour. Instead, he watches from afar and tries to do small things that may help brighten that person's day. He rarely shows his emotions as a side effect of reading emotions in other people and hiding his own sex. This makes him seem intimidating to others.
