Alright, as you can see this is my OC Rei, I have officially decided to make her my Naruto OC though I probably will rarely use her =]
I do not like drawing little kids, they are hard D= I failed at actually trying to make her look like a little girl... Oh well, you can see the changes she goes through, some inside info... I forgot to put in her jutsu's... I'll add it here
