He's from the fma movie 'conqueror of shamballa'. In the movie, edward lives in germany with alfons heiderich, the counterpart from alphonse. Our world is the parallel world of amestris and at the end of the fma(2003) anime edward is send to germany, where he lives with alfons. If you want to know more, watch the movie

ok well liz and patty *kid's twin pistols* get captured fighting a mummy and he gose and looks for them and there shirts lift alittle and theres some *bad* sounds but its not to bad
