gah, well, it was a long, lOooooong time for Blueyaje to be uploaded partly because I just got unbeliebably busy, and also because coloring those wings was pure murder. >,<
but it was still fun to draw the character itself, Bluejaye has a badass outfit.
anyways, please enjoy the coolness that is BLUEJAYE.

^^ your shadow rendering is quite similar to how I do it, but the only difference is that I go back and add some gradients to make them look more "blended" uh... if that makes any sense.

something about the blue next to the white. ^^ it's a good color combination... although, white isn't really a color more like a hue... but you know what I mean.

Well I took inspiration from the GOOD LORD's creation: the bluejay...lol...HE knew what looks cool...the blue and white and black does work rather well....so I can't take credit for that!

that's true, there are some really cool looking things in nature, it's just a matter of picking the right ones. ^^ and using only the parts of them that look cool for inspiration.

thanks, it took me about five tries before I came up with something that I liked. ^^ deleting the layers with the stuff I had done was difficult to do, but I knew it had to be done.
