Description
This is Howl from Hayao Miyazaki's "Howl's Moving Castle" done in my style. I absolutely love his character! XD I, unfortunately, have no idea why he's sitting on a blue fuzzy chair.. but I just wanted to draw one for some reason.
Ah well.. at least it isn't TOO distracting.This was done in Painter 8, completely.. and I mostly used the acrylic paintbrush tool. (some parts are airbrushed.. to give some softness here and there)

i think u did a great job. im currently trying to draw him in realism and.....he looks like a woman....or a REALLY girly man XD kudos on being able to draw him and still make him manlike!

lol it was a TOTALLY random thing.. i have no idea what I was thinking at the time tbh.. XD But it does seem like something he'd keep in his room... lol OTL yeah.. i really don't know. XD

hahahaha! yes, it does! weird that you would comment today--i was wearing a Howl outfit all day and i was just about to try on a Sophie costume. I love to cosplay and i spend most of my time doing it....i just happened to be all into Howl's Castle today--or this week....maybe longer.

So wow, this is a great pic. I adore Howl, and you made him look so sly and endearingly vain. And yeah, the chair is a little weird and kind of out-of-nowhere, but who cares? It's Howl. He's pretty, he can do what he wants.
