His brothers didn't approve whatsoever, but Growly couldn't help but like the little foreign pokemon who wandered into their home ...Well, was having a contest with the theme for puppy love, and I felt having a little fun and entering at the last minute. >w> It could kind of fit the theme two ways ... one with the obvious puppy crush, but the arcanine loves her babies, so that's also puppy love. :3 I'm surprised this didn't take me seven hours longer than it did ... YAY PAINT TOOL SAI!

in all seriousness though, this is a truly amazing piece! I love the shading and the little protective arcanine and disapproving brother concepts :3 the expression on growlithe is just adorable! And i love how his eye color is different from his bros.
A little tip with growlithes fur, you may want to have made his mane seem a little more into it, he looks kind of odd with how none of his mane fur is being seen so maybe a few little strans could be showing slightly, know what i mean? :3
