yeah, i knew some (keyword being "knew" lulz XD) but i just took spanish so that i could take japanese...my school wouldn't let me start off with japanese T__T so i was forced to take at least 2 years of another foreign language before i took it! DX

yeah Chinese was hard @_@ and it's way harder to pronounce too because it's a "tonal language" so depending on how you say a sound, such as "ma", it can mean like 4 different things
