You normaly make them out of PVC pipeing its light weight and strong thats what I used for mine

well the only way to make the costume look like it has small legs is to add an insane amount of padding, but that would make toothless look very fat. So I kept it this way. I figured if anyone's going to do a toothless cosplay I'd be the best one suited for it because I'm very short (only 5 feet tall) so my limbs are small.
