there hasnt been that much new people, its rare to even get new comics from people who are new to the station wagon. its also rare to even see anyone outside the english language, dont you think that 588 members and none of them even talk about other language (other culture). the comments in the town hall never go beyond 20 comments and there are like 588 members, that is just odd.

And as for this being mostly an English speaking group, it's because it's an English-speaking group. I don't join Spanish speaking groups expecting them to speak English, and then accuse them of a big conspiracy if they don't speak my language.
I'm pretty aware of what goes on in my own group: from the people who hate us to the people who just regularly have a good time. I can show you on Skype or whatever everything that happens in the group, and 90% of the activity goes on in Skype and Raidcall, 24 hours a day, all over the world.
If you want to know what's happening, join the voice chat. Only a small, small bit of what happens in the group happens on DA.
Edit: Something else to consider: only active members of the group participate in Town Haul. A lot of people ignore it because they couldn't care less who runs the group or how people run the group. It's only for maintenance, accountability, and fixing stuff. Only 20+ members are going to post in the threads because only 20+ care about these kinds of things: the rest just want to make Walfas stuff.

thats the point you are way too much in control, its never about the people. you just want absolute control over everything and everything is turning into a mess with you has the leader. there is no recruitment for walfas its rare to even see it outside the DA website (so many funny meme die). whenever someone gets bully its never settle, they just come back to troll on the victim account you dont even announce its existence. lastly the whole "perfect english" thing is one huge problem since this is suppose to be a open community where we are allow to speak out mind but here you are not allowing anyone know about the problems that is happening in the walfas station.

Um... There people are gathering on voice chat because they do it. Nobody can force anybody to do anything. It's community-driven. My only role as a leader is to ensure it stays in the hands of the people, and I am just one leader of many.

Furthermore to add to what these folks have told you here, you've been making a lot of assumptions and think you know the exact inner workings of the group, which you clearly do not, so stop the pseudo-intellectualness.
You also have made some fierce claims that we are discriminating. Not only have we done virtually nothing to treat you unfairly, but it's your fault for not keeping up with our standards, nor are you getting anywhere by complaining on a comic that has had nothing to do with this at all.
Even reading your side of the story, no matter how you try excuse it, you are in the wrong. In that regard, I recommend that next time you not cause a unnecessary fuss and needless conflict.
It comes down to this: You either abide by our standards, or your Walfas content will not be accepted into the group, period.

Welp, this is a comment chain that didn't need to happen. Look, you stuff sucked, failed to meet the standards set up and agreed upon by the community, and was denied, like anything else would be. We THINK we have power, cause we do. We're the ones running the group after all. WE put it together. WE built it from the ground up. Not me, but some of the admins. The only reason Spaz is the leader is cause None of the rest of us want to be in the same position. He stepped up, and we let him be in charge. He's done a pretty good job of it to keep the group together as well as he has with all the shit that's happened. You want to see a new leader? Go ahead and say it out. We have town hauls every month for this sort of thing.

I've done it before, but that was in the Voice chat, a place you refuse to go. I also do it in the town hauls, but right, you don't go to those either. Hell, you don't even make an attempt to vote on when to have the town haul. I'm not even in WSW and I can say that you need to improve.
You sometimes have white space that shouldn't exist, you don't take the time to spellcheck everything, some of your 'jokes' don't even make sense, and when you do borders, they end up being uneven.

Your stuff, however, has ACTUAL problems. Problems that you ignore. If you looked at my Walfas stuff, you would see little to none of the problems I mentioned. I'm not claiming myself to be amazing, but if I wanted to, I could submit my stuff to the Wagon and it would most likely be good enough for them. You know why? Because I actually take the extra time to iron out my work. I leave ZERO unnecessary white space, I check my spelling, and when I do use borders, I make sure they're evened out across the entire picture.
Most people think that their stuff is good right off the bat, but it's never true. Leonardo Da Vinci wasn't born with his art talent. He got it through practice, multiple failures, and improving himself. Same goes for every other great person in history. People are never born great. They MAKE themselves great.
